Las Fajitas Mexican Restaurant ("Home of the Best Fajitas in Town") is a family-owned and operated restaurant that originally opened in the Aurora area 20 years ago. Owners Alberto Granados and wife Lucia, not only run a great restaurant, but they also stay busy raising their kids, Samantha, Sarahi, Alberto Jr, and Allan. Now serving also Castle Pines-Castle Rock area and Littleton Colorado.

They are originally from Jerecuaro in the Mexican state of Guanajuato. It is located in the middle of Mexico where all flavors from across the country mix together.
Since the Granados family spends most of their time at their Colorado restaurants, they also want to ensure it feels like home to you. Because of their success, they opened their second location in Castle Pines in early 2011. What a great adventure the family has embarked on with their Castle Pines restaurant! They are thankful to be joined by their new loyal Castle Rock and Castle Pines customers.
After many successful years, they continue to offer their customers meals prepared using the highest quality and freshest ingredients possible. Their expansive menu offers you meal choices from the best fajitas in town to carne asada, chiles rellenos, seafood, burritos, enchiladas, tacos, chimichangas, and most importantly, many desserts.
If lunch isn't an option, then stop in for happy hour which runs from 3 pm to 6 pm. Las Fajitas Mexican Restaurant has a fully stocked bar with a variety of wines, beers, margaritas, and extremely tempting cocktails.
